My Client deals with clients that have a love for the USA who require nothing but the best service. They are currently seeking a sales consultant with a passion for America and Canada to join their dedicated team of USA Travel Consultants.
USA TAILOR MADE CONSULTANT DUTIES
• Using in depth knowledge of the companies product to sell package and tailor-made holidays to customers over the phone.
• Dealing with enquiries via the internet in a timely and professional manner.
• Dealing with highly demanding customers.
• Communicating effectively with both customers and colleagues.
• Giving expert knowledge on destinations.
• Offering exceptional customer service at all times.
USA TAILOR MADE CONSULTANT DUTIES REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
• A solid background in the Travel industry is a must.
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly self organised and enthusiastic.
