My client is an unrivalled global private bank with a dominant presence throughout the US.
With more than 100 FAs already in the complex, they are now looking to add at least 10 top quality advisers to their team covering US domestic clients and HNW clients from Asia.
Suitable candidates will be rewarded with a very generous upfront forgivable loan based on T12 production (or W2 if coming from a wealth management background) and will earn instant returns from any revenues they bring in.
My client is interested in the top quintile of advisers, with ideal candidates currently having a T12 of at least $500k- $1 million per annum. Having said that - they will also consider rising star candidates such as a banker with an LOS of 3yrs and a T12 of $300k.
Ideal client coverage would be HNW clients from Asia to sit on their International desk, however they are also recruiting for their Domestic HNW client desk in Los Angeles.
