Our client is looking for an individual to work directly with the Chief Credit Officer managing credit risk.
*Assisting the Chief Credit Officer with monitoring and managing credit risk within the Bank's lending activities.
*Analyze and evaluate new credits prior to submission to management or the board.
*Provide feedback to the lenders
*Participate in deal discussions to resolve issues and keep the process moving efficiently
*Small business and real estate lending experience
*10 years of experience within credit as an officer, loan officer, portfolio manager
*Proficient in underwriting, structuring and risk rating
*Formal credit training preferred
