Responsibilities
Role Description
- Preparation of business requirements documentation.
- Work with business to document use cases. Conduct use case review with business and technology partners.
- Prepare screen designs and wireframes to represent proposed functionality.
- Document conceptual models and identify user interface, process and data requirements.
- Identify security, control, backup, contingency and error handling requirements.
- Participate in project scoping and budgeting.
- Participate in the reviews and signoff of both system requirements and technical design documentation.
- Maintain issues list related to requirements and track issues to resolution.
- Participate in the analysis of current processes and recommendations for process improvements. Document process mapping for customer experience
- Anticipate and interpret problems. Interface between technology and business partners to broker solutions.
- Act as an advocate for assigned projects.
- Participate in the review and validation of QA test plans to ensure requirements have been met.
- Help to analyze and resolve day-to-day issues that occur within the project.
Qualifications
- BA or equivalent work experience is required
- Knowledge of the Consumer Banking business lines preferred
- Formal project life-cycle methodology experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Use case methodology experience a strong plus
- Visio a plus
- Proven influence and negotiation skills
- Effective problem solving and risk management skills
