Our Human Resource professionals are
accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems
which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all
our people. The HR functions help the local offices in driving the
firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for
each individual, supporting our firm wide values and working with the
core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide
success in the marketplace. Human Resources supports our people in
reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the
distinctive Firm.The HR Shared Services Center (HR SSC) is a critical component of the Firm's Human Resource organization, providing strategic and tactical support that enables the successful delivery of the Human Capital Strategy. Through a flexible, shared services environment, we deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness that promotes the PwC experience. There are approximately 140 roles in the HR SSC that support the life cycle of our staff from the time their employment offer is extended throughout the length of their employment.
The HR SSC Technology and People Data and Analytics function provides strategic and tactical support for the firm's HC Systems and HC data and analytics. The function is comprised of: the HC Technology team, which enables all aspects of HC Technology support to include day-to-support and management of applications, implementation of new enhancements, advising stakeholders and business partners on best practices as it relates to systems, and partnering with HC Leadership on the implementation of new applications. People Data and Analytics, which leads and enables to the overall strategy and operations of HC People Data and analytics, including internal and XLOS functional alignment of reporting, implementation and development of cutting edge reporting tools and methods, partnering with cross functional teams to develop and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
Position/Program Requirements
Knowledge Preferred:
Knowledge of Human Capital processes and procedures;
Subject matter specialist in Human Capital technology SaaS and ERP systems
Demonstrated knowledge of relational database concepts and design, including understanding of data query or other data manipulation language and how the data relates to the enterprise.
Demonstrated knowledge of vendor platform and technology, and understanding of possibilities and limitation within the technology.
Demonstrated knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies
Knowledge of human capital systems: Kenexa, Beeline, Retain, and PeopleSoft
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrated ability to:
Provide technology strategy, leadership, and direction in the implementation, use, and support of human capital systems, including Kenexa, Beeline, Retain, and PeopleSoft.
Act as the liaison between the business users, the software vendor, and Information Technology (IT), and other groups to integrate, enhance, and implement new systems and provide recommended solutions which meet the needs of the business.
Collaborate with vendor and other clients of vendor on future design releases that benefit the Firm and the business, including networking, staying current on future release functionality, and participating in user forums to provide feedback and build consensus with other clients.
Manage budgets
Provide technical expertise in the Firm's systems, metrics and reporting to support human capital and leadership functions.
Develop system policies & procedures, ensuring alignment of business rules and controls within all applications, and to improve data integrity and system-related issues.
Provide expertise and guidance during implementations, upgrades and enhancements for current and future systems.
Review, approve and escalate security protocols for system enhancements, user access, and system controls.
Develop and manage the team roadmap for career growth and opportunities
Lead employees through effective orientating, training, mentoring and coaching.
Provide ongoing recognition, feedback, and development, holding staff accountable for success.
Create an environment where employee feedback facilitates positive change and excellent team work
Provide strategic direction to the team to execute work, long and short term goals and to encourage the team to come up with innovative solutions.
Manage the work load of the team, ensuring that there is a balanced capacity across the group to accomplish the Firm's goals
Experience in business process and analysis and reengineering
Prior vendor management experience
Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 7
Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years of human resources or operations experience
