Our Client is a Global Banking Group.
The VP is responsible for underwriting
and portfolio management of client credits. Portfolio consists of
transactions related to Public Finance and Infrastructure, with a
primary focus within Not-for-Profit Healthcare sector. Experience in
the entire US Municipal marketplace is a plus. VP will be responsible
for the portfolio of clients, the ongoing management of this portfolio,
its exposure, credit risk and the monitoring of the client performance,
proactively and independently.
Responsibilities include:
* Client Relationship Management
* High volume Capital and Credit Risk Analysis
* Financial Modeling & Analysis
* Sales Support and Partnerships
Requirements:
Knowledge:
* Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting
* CPA or MBA or equivalent experience in finance, accounting and business law
* 6 to 10 years relevant experience in negotiating and structuring financial transactions
* Minimum of 6 years in financial services industry experience in a corporate lending environment
* Formal credit training and prior lending authority
* Relevant counterparty risk background
* Credit analysis experience and understanding
* ISDA experience preferred
Skills:
* Exceptional analytical skills
* Expertise in financial computer applications and database management tools including MS Excel and strong proficiency in other Microsoft Office products
* Ability to work under limited supervision
* Excellent ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
* Proven abilities in managerial and leadership skills
