This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of Moody's diversity and inclusion strategy. Specifically, this role will be responsible for compiling diversity metrics and analytics, and conducting research and benchmarking on diversity and inclusion themes relevant to Moody's.

The role also entails responsibility for the management of the Company's Affirmative Action Plans including all associated obligations, including data validation, system management (in partnership with HRIS), developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations and state departments of labor, periodic analysis and recommendations for improvements in recruitment (in partnership with Talent Acquisition team ) and hiring to address underutilization.
An additional focus will be to strengthen Moody's global workplace flexibility efforts relating to diversity and inclusion for Managers, Employees, HR partners, Employee Resource Groups, etc.; develop flexibility measures to track progress.
Other responsibilities include:
o Lead collection, analysis and reporting of workforce diversity metrics tracking the success of Moody's diversity efforts., including development of surveys to assess effectiveness of events,
o Identify areas of opportunity in diversity tracking and reporting and develop recommended courses of action.
o Manage, analyze and complete AA and EEO reports with relevant partners (HRIS, etc.)
o Work with external partners to participate in surveys and studies relating to Moody's external diversity and inclusion branding and recognition, including key diversity surveys and awards such as, HRC Corporate Equality Index, Working Mother 100 Companies, StoneWall (UK) and other industry assessments.
o Manage Diversity Performance Goal planning and tracking
o Monitor and report benchmarking data that compares Moody's to other best in class companies
o Manage Moody's global workplace flexibility strategy including tools, resources for managers and employees
o Such other duties as may be required by business needs
o The individual must be a self-starter who is also able to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

o Survey creation using survey tools, e.g., SurveyGizmo, etc.

o Candidates for this position require at 7-10 years' professional experience and strong familiarity and/or evidence of interest in diversity & inclusion in a business context
o Experience in quantitative analysis and reporting, including, market research, trend analysis, benchmarking and opportunity identification
o Project management and/or change management expertise

o Strong quantitative Strong quantitative, analytical and research skills
o Effective communication skills, written and oral
o Ability to work collaboratively and identify creative solutions
The role requires a unique combination of analytic and strategic analysis capabilities.
o Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to create and develop strategic PowerPoint presentations as needed
