Description
The Client Service Associate coordinates and addresses routine monthly reporting tasks, deliverables and information requests made internally and by clients and BNYM. The Associate also contributes to proposal production and provides routine updated information on marketing and sales related presentations, and incoming requests for information from both clients and management. The position reports to the Director of Client Service and Marketing.
* Produce and distribute routine, monthly customized client information requests and reports.
* Work closely with portfolio managers and research analysts to create portfolio attribution reports and summaries.
* Assist in the production and distribution of corporate quarterly reports to clients.
* Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and consultants for routine communication and operational issues
* Populate and maintain qualitative and quantitative information in consultant databases.Ensure that Pivotal (Client Relationship Management software) reflects updated, accurate client contact information, material communication records and activity postings.
* Coordinate the setup of new accounts
Qualifications
*
Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in finance or finance-related field preferred.
*
Approximately 1-3 years of experience in a financial services firm
*
Excellent written and oral communication skills
*
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
*
Flexible team player able to work on multiple projects
*
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
